One kind favor

George Stamos

January 2020, 21. 22. 23. 24. 25 – 8 PM

With the world increasingly full of misinformation, as empty images of brutality bombard our retinas across all platforms, the courage to be kind is increasingly essential. Choreographed by George Stamos in collaboration with fellow performers Karla Etienne and Radwan Ghazi Moumneh, ONE KIND FAVOR is an exploration of how kindness can be embodied and exists in many forms, sometimes with grace, sometimes failing despite good intentions.

This transdisciplinary performance project is centered on the spaces created by the convergence of the collaborators in this process. ONE KIND FAVOR is a show of appreciation for the multiplicity of inheritances that cohabitate in society at large and within us as individuals. ONE KIND FAVOR is also an acknowledgment of those who have had the courage to be kind and impacted our lives with their generosity.
