The trail of those who walked

Ateliers gratuits.

From february to june, Sarah leads some movement workshops that bring together people who first arrived in Montreal as refugees, as well as people settled down in Montréal. An opportunity to get together and share - through movement, dance, music and drawing.

In the form of weekly workshops lead by the dance artist Sarah Dell'Ava, THE TRAIL OF THOSE WHO WALKED creates an opportunity for each participant to create from their own background, to set their sensations and perceptions in motion, bringing the rhythms and images that dwell within them to life. Based on CREATIVITY, these workshops aim to spark AN OPEN DIALOGUE BETWEEN CULTURES AND COMMUNITIES. Associating participants from different traditions will stimulate COMMUNICATION, allow CONFLUENCE and provide the opportunity of A SHARED EXPERIENCE BEYOND WORDS through the expression of movement and with the many languages of the arts. A final performance (June, 3th) will provide the participants with an opportunity to experience every step of the creative process and contribute to the cultural development of our society.
